Public Records Requests

Overview

The Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) requires that records be available to the public. Most writings made, maintained, or kept by a government office are considered public record, with some exceptions as defined by CORA. Please see the Secretary of State Website for more information on CORA.

Requests

To Request Public Records from Town of Bayfield, please complete the Public Records Request Form and submit to Town Hall. Please be as detailed as possible when requesting information.
