Housing

Housing remains a top priority for the Town of Bayfield and we want to do our part to address the housing shortage and increase affordable and workforce housing inventory in our community.  The Town is working closely with local entities and neighboring communities as we plan for housing region wide, including being a member of the La Plata County Regional Housing Alliance (RHA).  We are committed to making sure Bayfield remains a livable community with housing opportunities for everyone.
