The Bayfield Planning Commission and Board of Trustees shall hold a public hearing concerning the following request:
- A request from Pine Valley Foursquare Church, applicants for the Pine Valley Heritage Arena Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment.
- The property is located at 601 Dove Ranch Road, Bayfield, CO 81122.
- The applicant is proposing a Future Land Use Map designation change from Medium Density Residential to Rural Agriculture.
Public hearing is to be held before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6:30pm or as soon as possible thereafter.
Public hearing is to be held before the Board of Trustees on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6:30pm or as soon as possible thereafter.
The public hearing shall be held at Bayfield Town Hall, 1199 Bayfield Parkway, Bayfield, Colorado, or at such other time or place in the event this hearing is adjourned.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY ATTEND once the public hearing is set.
