International Building Code 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees shall hold public hearings concerning the following request:

  • A request from the Town of Bayfield’s Town Planner and Building Inspector to adopt the 2024 International Building Codes with Amendments. 
  • The Town of Bayfield is currently using the 2018 International Building Codes and the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code, which were adopted in 2023 with some Amendments.

The public hearing is to be held before the Board of Trustees on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 6:30pm, or as soon as possible thereafter.

The public hearing shall be held in the Town Hall, 1199 Bayfield Parkway, Bayfield, Colorado, or at such other time or place in the event this hearing is adjourned.  Further information is available through the Town of Bayfield at (970) 884-9544.
