In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107 C.R.S.1973, as amended, the Town of Bayfield, Colorado has established 4/13/26, as the date of final settlement with Jaynes Corporation in La Plata County.
Project work consists of the following:
10FT wide shared use concrete pathway with ADA improvements on Sower Drive, Bayfield Center Drive and Wolverine Drive. The project also included minor asphalt paving.
The contractor and any affiliated subcontractors or suppliers are hereby notified that any claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the Town of Bayfield at PO Box 80, Bayfield, CO. 81122, before 5:00 pm of the final settlement date above.
