East Mill Street Sidewalk Project

The Town of Bayfield received a $150,000 grant from the Revitalizing Main Street Program for the East Mill Street Sidewalk Project.  This project includes the replacement of sidewalks, curb and gutter on both sides of Mill Street from Church Street to the Buck Highway.  It also includes some new sidewalk along Buck Highway as you turn the southwest corner of Mill Street. 

The project went through a competitive bid process and FasTrack Construction Inc. was awarded the project, which is the same company that did the West Mill Street Sidewalk Project in 2022 in front of Joe Stephenson Park.  

Phase 1 (the south side of E Mill Street) will begin on October 18, 2023 and go until approximately November 22, 2023.
