Public Hearings
Some meetings may include one or more public hearings to discuss an issue or proposal.
Hearing Procedures:
- Staff presentation
- Applicant presentation (up to 20 minutes)
- Public input
- Board consideration and discussion
- No decisions are made during public hearings
Minutes are posted after board approval at the next regular meeting.
