Mobile Home Permit Information

The Town of Bayfield does issue Mobile Home Permits for the placement of mobile homes within the Town limits. Mobile homes are allowed in manufactured home park zones or manufactured home subdivision zones as depicted on the Town's Zoning Map.  

The Town will conduct exterior foundation, Water, Sewer & Gas Inspections. 

Mobile Home Permit Submittals need to include the following:                                                                                   

• Completed Building Permit Application Packet  (see attachment below) and Permit Fee per Adopted Fee Schedule
• Third Party Inspection Report
• State Electrical Inspection Report
