1230 North Oak Drive Vacation Rental Application
The Bayfield Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing concerning the following request:
- A request from Sherry & Charles Plowman, property owners and applicants for a new Vacation Rental at 1230 North Oak Drive, Bayfield.
- The request is to establish a new Vacation Rental at 1230 North Oak Drive, Bayfield. Vacation Rentals are Uses by Review requiring Planning Commission approval and they need to meet the requirements of the Bayfield Land Use Code Section 4-10.
The public hearing is to be held before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 6:30pm, or as soon as possible thereafter.
The public hearing shall be held in the Town Hall, 1199 Bayfield Parkway, Bayfield, Colorado, or at such other time or place in the event this hearing is adjourned. Further information is available through the Town of Bayfield at (970) 884-9544.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY ATTEND THE MEETING AND PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE MEETING, YOU CAN PROVIDE TOWN STAFF WRITTEN COMMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION PACKET IF RECEIVED BY MAY 8, 2024.
