Pine River Commons Phase 1 Final Plat

Project # 2023-16

The Pine River Commons Phase 1 project has been approved by Town staff.  Construction has began on piping the Schroder Ditch.  The developer plans to start infrastructure for 33 townhome units in early spring, 2024.  Project details below:  

Charles Albert (Bayfield Haga LLC) is the applicant for the Pine River Commons project.   The approximate location of the property is 2107 Bayfield Parkway (Haga Property).

The applicant received Final  Plat approval for Phase 1, which includes 33 platted townhome lots.

The overall project will include 4 commercial lots and 66 platted deed-restricted townhome lots.

The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary Plan (Project # 2023-05) on April 11, 2023 and the Board of Trustees approved the Preliminary Plan (Project # 2023-05) on April 18, 2023.

A tract of land lying and being in the SW1/4NW1/4 and in the E1/2NW1/4 of Section 12, Township 34 North, Range 7 West, N.M.P.M., La Plata County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING at the point where the West boundary line of the said E1/2NW1/4 of Section 12 intersects the South right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 160; from said point of beginning the Northeast Corner of Section 12, Township 34 North, Range 7 West, N.M.P.M., bears North 73° 20’ East, 4078.0 feet;
